He lectured on \u201cThe stand of the church on the Environment\u201d. Dr. Khoury pointed out that the church respect the environment. When God gave man sovereignty on earth, He did not mean that man will abuse the environment. On the contrary\u00e6 God wanted man to utilize the environment with dignity. Dr. Khoury added that the environment subject is being taught in theological schools under \u201cThe Theology of Environment\u201d. The Catholic, the Orthodox and the Protestant churches always taught and still teaching the importance of environment.
